Work Like a Guest in Someone Else’s Home

When we work at EDGE and clean a customer’s building, we should always remember that we are guests in someone else’s space. Even though it is our workplace during our shift, it is their business, their property, and in many ways, their second home.
Because of this, we should always act with respect, care, and professionalism. This means being mindful of noise, handling equipment carefully, respecting personal and office spaces, cleaning up after ourselves, and treating the building as if it belonged to us. Customers notice how we behave just as much as they notice the cleaning itself.
A respectful attitude builds trust. When customers feel comfortable with us in their building, it strengthens the relationship and shows that EDGE is a company they can rely on.
